We process everything through secure channels. Once you hit that buy button, we're in motion to get your desert goods packed and shipped ASAP. It usually takes 2-4 days.

1. User Responsibilities

When you join the DuneBloom Emporium family, you promise that your account info is accurate. Don't share your password. If someone else buys a life-sized cactus sculpture on your account, that's on you.

3. Shipping & Returns

We ship from our base at 95 Grove Street. While we aim for perfection, sometimes the road is bumpy. If your order arrives broken, tell us within 48 hours. We'll make it right. That's a promise.
